The auto-scan switch lets you quickly map gamepad inputs.

When enabled, pressing a gamepad input will automatically take you to the configuration for that input.

It also immediately begins listening for keyboard input (like “W” or “cmd-shift-D”).

For example, if you want to quickly map the right thumbstick to WASD, you can do this:

1. Turn on auto-scan mode
2. Move R-thumbstick up
3. Press W
4. Move R-thumbstick left
5. Press A
6. Move R-thumbstick down
7. Press S
8. Move R-thumbstick right
9. Press D
